Greenburgh police say the DJ, whose real name is Aston G. Taylor, allegedly pushed his wife down to the floor of their bedroom and knocked the cell phone out of her hand when she tried to call authorities.
Police received a 911 call shortly after 5 a.m. Friday.
Taylor was not there when police arrived, but they caught up with him a short time later and arrested him.
He faces misdemeanor charges of aggravated harassment and criminal mischief when he is due back in court on February 18.
